Chocolate Fish

For my boyfriends dad for Fathers Day I thought I would make some chocolate fish as he likes to go fishing. This recipe is really simple and straight forward. I brought a fish mould off amazon.

Instructions
  1. Spray your fish mould with some cooking spray or oil this is just help get the fish out once they have set. Wipe each mould just to take off any excess spray.
  2. Melt your chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Then pour your melted chocolate into the moulds until they are filled to the top.
  3. Then put the mould in the fridge to set for an 1 hour or so then start pushing around the edges of each fish to get them out of the moulds.

The fish turned out great and my boyfriends dad really loved the thought.
