Gummy Bear Ice Lollies

This recipe is really simple. I have been super busy with work and just general life bits that have kept me out of the kitchen. I have missed being in the kitchen but I did manage to squeeze a short moment in the kitchen.

Gummy Bear Ice Lollies

Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 2 hours 5 minutes
Servings 12 lollies

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Lemonade
  • 200 g gummybears

Instructions

  • Add your gummy bears to the moulds, about a handful to each mould.

  • Add lemonade to the ice lolly moulds but leave a little space before the top of the mould. Then put the sticks in the moulds

  • Then freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight depending on how long you can wait.

My niece and nephew loved these lovely sweet treats. I’ll admit even the adults enjoyed these but I’ll admit that they did not turn out how I thought they would. The gummy bears stayed chewy but did taste different than normal but that was to be expected.
